The Gold Level does not allow any smoking at all anywhere on the
property.
The Silver Level permits a resident, guest or employee to smoke only in a vehicle or 25 feet away from common areas.
The Bronze Level permits a resident, guest or employee to smoke on a patio or balcony, in a vehicle or 25 feet away from the apartment community common areas.
